Frequent travelers often cite their crazy schedules as making it difficult to maintain a regular exercise regimen, but a hotel chain and athletic outfitter are teaming up to help change that.
Guests at some Westin Hotels will benefit from the collaborative effort and have free access to New Balance footwear and athletic gear. There will also be access to videos featuring equipment-free exercises guests can do in their room.
Westin Hotels and Resorts vice president Nancy London says guests will have all the fitness equipment necessary to stay in shape while traveling.
"Guests simply need to show up ready for a great workout. We provide the rest," says London.
Doing whatever it takes to help keep extra weight off is critical to a person's long-term health prognosis and ability to receive optimal life insurance quotes.
Many fitness experts recommend individuals engage in at least 30 minutes of exercise five days a week. For those who have extra tight schedules, breaking workouts into 10 minute increments can still provide health benefits without disrupting other commitments.
