eFinancial once again named one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces

With our employee experience top of mind, we’re proud to have been named a Top Workplace for 2021 by the Chicago Tribune! This is eFinancial’s second time receiving a Chicago Top Workplaces Award, and this year, we’re one of only 200 companies to make the list.

We’re thrilled to receive this award, especially because the results are based entirely on employee feedback. In partnership with the Chicago Tribune, Energage, LLC, a workplace survey specialist, conducted a Company-wide, anonymous survey to gauge employee sentiment on their workplace, the Company’s leadership, execution of goals, and connection among colleagues. Employees had the opportunity to share their thoughts on what our Company does well, where we can improve, and what a career at eFinancial means to them.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it was given to us by our employees,” said Chris Campbell, President and Chief Operating Officer of eFinancial. “Their hard work directly contributes to our success as a Company. Even more important, this award affirms that our workplace can help foster our employees’ own growth and accomplishments, too.”
